*Former Canadian Diplomat Ian Macdonald Asks: "Is it immigration insanity or
cunning conspiracy?"*

*Thirty years ago there was a chance that the merit system could have been
reimposed but it is now much too late since the Immigration Lobby has
acquired political power and in any event is a creature of the NWO elite who
need to destabilize and denationalize the country to complete the takeover.
Since there is no debate in the media, most people think the black influx is
just happenstance. In fact, it is an integral part of the Grand Plan
whereby only one "nation" (guess who) will retain its integrity and
supremacy. I.V.*

Dear Sir,

*Immigration insanity - or cunning conspiracy?*

Thanks to a mole in the Immigration Department, since 1970 I have known of
the surreptitious sabotage of Canadian immigration policy which originated
with Pierre Trudeau's secret, vengefult machinations to impose his vision of
"racial balance" on Canada. His plan was endorsed by his powerful, no less
sinister "advisors", whose interests he served, wittingly or unwittingly,
without the knowledge or consent of the predominantly white population of
the time.

Secrecy was necessary since public knowledge of the plan would have created
outrage throughout the country and doomed the Liberal Party's chances of
re-election. Thus, no public anouncement was made nor debate permitted in
Partiament or the media, although the goal was stated in a confidential memo
from Minister Marchand to senior bureaucrats at the time, quoting the Prime
Minister.

To increase the hitherto non-existent flow of visible minorities, formerly
barred by the "ässimilability" criterion, immigration offices were opened in
the West Indies, fruitlessly at first since only a handful of applicants
could meet the minimum qualifications. Simultaneously, long-established
offices in traditional source countries were closed and applicants appearing
at Canadian Embassies were rudely rebuffed (in the mid-'seventies as I
waited in the reception at the Canadian High Commission in London, a very
attractive young lady, who turned out to be Assistant to the Managing
Director of a London company, arrived and said she wished to emigrate to
Canada. Although her skills (and genes) were much needed in Canada, the
Canadian clerk on duty replied: "There is no point in my even giving you the
application forms, because I know you will not be accepted").

At the same time as the comely, talented Briton was being rejected
out-of-hand, literally countless thousands of unemployable, unassimilable,
unscreened, aesthetically-challenged blacks from the shanty-towns of the
West Indies were arriving at the Toronto Airport and whisked through the
terminal directly onto the welfare system, where they and their progeny
largely remain, at phenomenal, unnecessary cost to the City of Toronto and
the country.

The seemingly mindless opening of the flood-gates was illegal and a gross
violation of Canada's traditional merit selection policy, but woe betide the
conscientious Immigration Officer who raised objections or tried to stem the
tide. With various refinements (refugee and family reunion, legal aid and
other pretexts) the door to the Third World has remained wide open, even
under the present "conservative" government now setting the stage for an
unlimited seaborne invasion which could destroy Canadian society as we know
it, and further impoverish native-born taxpayers.

An important aspect of the open-door policy that is still well-concealed, is
the cost to the source countries of Canada's profligacy. Firstly, it
deprives the sending country of its more energetic and artful members.
Secondly, it deprives the Third World generally of funds that could be used
to support in comfort a hundred-fold the numbers in their native habitat for
the cost of each one maintained in Canada on our very high welfare
standards. It is well known that a good proportion of the welfare payments
to migrants in Canada are remitted to their home countries (check out any
Western Union office) but these funds are not spent on roads, schools and
hospitals, they go for airline tickets to Canada for friends and relatives,
compounding the problem. It is rumoured that money for airline tickets is
also provided by European agencies to relieve their countries of the
increasingly unbearable burden.

Something further to ponder is the news in today's *Post* that the
Government has already spent $25 million on the reception of 500 Tamils, or
$50,000. per man, woman and child. For a fraction of this cost, each one of
the claimants could have been persuaded to remain in Sri Lanka or Thailand,
or could have been persuaded to return to India, which is their ancestral
homeland. Is the entire Immigration Establishment blind to this
possibility, or would they perhaps see it as a threat to their lucrative,
tainted spoils from the dysfunctional status quo?

And, oh, just one more thing: if the well-organized Third World invasion
were not by invitation of the afflicted countries, which now include even
Scandinavia, then by whose Hidden Hand was it contrived? Is there a group
so influential in the Western democracies, so powerful that it can force
governments to act against the most vital interests of their own countries?
Is the Hidden Hand that of an international Elite destabilizing the Western
Christian nations to forestall united opposition to cabalistic One World
Government? Is there any other plausible explanation?

As ever,

Ian V. Macdonald

Kevin Vickers -- Poster Boy for Political Correctnesss

Kevin Vickers -- Poster Boy for Political Correctnesss One usually expects
civil servants to be reticent about their political opinions, but not
Canada's Parliamentary Sergeant-at Arms,. He's a fervent proponent of
multiculturalism. While bringing a pocket knife or hunting knife into the
Parliament Buildings would be strictly forbidden, much less a handgun,
although these are part of many traditional Canadians' culture, Vickers is
positively ecstatic about welcoming Sikhs packing daggers -- ur, *kirpans*.

On June 1, the former Mountie received an award from the World Sikh
Organization because "last winter, while the Quebec National Assembly banned
the kirpan, Mr. Vickers moved to ensure that the ceremonial dagger be
allowed in the Commons despite a Bloc Québécois motion calling for it to be
prohibited." (*Globe and Mail*, June 2, 2011) Well, actually the *kirpan* is
not "ceremonial": it's a full-blown metal shiv and has been used, most
unceremoniously, on a number of publicized occasions in recent months by
angry Sikhs to hack up opponents..

Flushed with the Sikhs' honour, civil servant Vickers delivered what the *
Globe* called a "moving speech [explaining] his view of the country and what
led to his decision. ... Mr. Vickers said that he doesn’t like the word
'tolerance' or the phrase 'a tolerant society.' I am going to tolerate you
wearing the *kirpan* within the Parliamentary Precinct. No. As head of
security, I am going to accept and embrace your symbol of faith within the
Parliamentary Precinct,' he said.

'As we go forward, we should ask ourselves what Canada should be when it
grows up,' he said. 'We have a long way to go before reaching adulthood. The
seizure of the kirpans at the Quebec legislature last winter demonstrates
the challenges that lay before us as we continue on this journey of sewing
together the fabric of our nation with the thread of multiculturalism.
Perhaps it would be beneficial for our country, as a nation, to define its
core values. What are the core values of Canada, what makes up the soul and
heart of our nation?;'”

"Moving?" The speech moves one to vomit. Why must we embrace other culturs
and religions? Are all equally compatible with the Christian European
culture that built this great land? So, while Vickers would "accept and
embrace" a *kirpan* packing Sikh, he'd presumably exclude a member of one of
Canada's founding/settler people with a jack knife or hunting knife. The
Quebec National Assembly had this issue right earlier this year.

Many of the Globe's on-line readers were also appalled at the opinioned
sergeant-at-arms. Here follow a few comments:

Parliament to ‘accept and embrace’ wearing of kirpan, sergeant-at-arms

Overlooked amid all the usual promises of improved decorum and tone in the
House of Commons as MPs elected a new Speaker Thursday was this story about
Kevin Vickers.

Mr. Vickers, 54, is the sergeant-at-arms in the Commons – perhaps familiar
to some Canadians as the tall man in black carrying the mace into the House.
Appointed in 2006, he oversees the security of the parliamentary precinct
and sits quietly in his seat in the chamber when the Commons is in session.
<http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/dieu-protge-la-reine-says-young-quebecker/article2045311/>

From his vantage point, he could tell you exactly who are the worst of the
heckling MPs. But he is discreet. He is not elected; he does not seek the
limelight or give interviews.

Wednesday night, however, just before MPs were to get back to work and he
was to return to the chamber after the May 2 election, Mr. Vickers was
honoured for his defence of the culture and values of the Commons.

Last winter, while the Quebec National Assembly banned the kirpan, Mr.
Vickers moved to ensure that the ceremonial dagger be allowed in the Commons
despite a Bloc Québécois motion calling for it to be prohibited.

For that, the World Sikh Organization of Canada paid tribute to him at a
dinner in Ottawa. And there, Mr. Vickers, who had served for 29 years as an
RCMP officer, explained in a moving speech his view of the country and what
led to his decision.

He noted that as a young boy growing up in Miramichi, N.B., he saw his
father invite home students from developing countries, who were studying
about co-operatives at the Coady Institute at St. Francis Xavier University
in Antigonish, N.S.

Sitting around the dining room table and listening to their stories, he
said, he learned to respect the culture and dignity of others.

“I see your wearing of the kirpan, especially in our Parliamentary
buildings, as exactly that, respecting your dignity,” he told the WSO
members. “But just as the kirpan issue came before us last winter, we are
reminded how vigilant we must be to not only defend but promote the
practices, cultures and religions of all peoples.”

Mr. Vickers said that he doesn’t like the word “tolerance” or the phrase “a
tolerant society.” “I am going to tolerate you wearing the kirpan within the
Parliamentary Precinct. No. As head of security, I am going to accept and
embrace your symbol of faith within the Parliamentary Precinct,” he said.

“As we go forward, we should ask ourselves what Canada should be when it
grows up,” he said. “We have a long way to go before reaching adulthood. The
seizure of the kirpans at the Quebec legislature last winter demonstrates
the challenges that lay before us as we continue on this journey of sewing
together the fabric of our nation with the thread of multiculturalism.
Perhaps it would be beneficial for our country, as a nation, to define its
core values. What are the core values of Canada, what makes up the soul and
heart of our nation?”

Mr. Vickers recalled his interview for the post when he was asked why he
wanted the job. “… I told them that if they made me their sergeant-at-arms,
there would be no walls built around Canada’s Parliamentary buildings,” he
said. “… and the fact that you may wear your kirpans within the House of
Commons, proves there are no walls around Parliament and I have kept my
promise.”

A PRINCIPAL'S OPENING MESSAGE TO STUDENTS

*If only this were true in schools across the country!

*
*A PRINCIPAL'S OPENING MESSAGE TO STUDENTS*

"To the students and faculty of our high school: I am your new principal,
and honored to be so. There is no greater calling than to teach young
people.

I would like to apprise you of some important changes coming to our school.

I am making these changes because I am convinced that most of the ideas that
have dominated public education in Canada have worked against you, against
your teachers, against your parents, and against our country. Therefore:

First, this school will no longer honor race or ethnicity. I could not care
less if your racial makeup is black, brown, red, yellow, or white. I could
not care less if your origins are African, Latin American, Asian, or
European, or if your ancestors arrived here on the Mayflower or on slave
ships. The only identity I care about, the only one this school will
recognize, is your individual identity -- your character, your scholarship,
your humanity. And the only national identity this school will care about is
Canadian. This is a Canadian public school, and Canadian public schools were
created to make better Canadians.

If you wish to affirm an ethnic, racial, or religious identity through your
school, you will have to go elsewhere. We will end all ethnicity-,race- and
non-Canadian-nationality-based celebrations. They undermine the motto of
Canada..

And this school will be guided by Canada 's values. That includes all
after-school clubs. I will not authorize clubs that divide students based on
any identities. This includes race, language, religion, sexual orientation,
or whatever else may become in vogue in a society divided by political
correctness. Your clubs will be based on interests and passions -- not
blood, ethnic, racial or other physically defined ties. Those clubs just
cultivate narcissism -- an unhealthy preoccupation with the self -- while
the purpose of education is to get you to think beyond yourself. So, we will
have clubs that transport you to the wonders and glories of art, music,
astronomy, languages you do not already speak, math, carpentry, and more. If
the only extracurricular activities you can imagine being interested in are
those based on ethnic or racial or sexual identity, that means that little
outside of yourself really interests you.

Second, I am not interested in whether or not English is your native
language. My only interest in terms of language is that you leave this
school speaking and writing English as fluently as possible. The English
language has united Canada's citizens for more than 140 years, and it will
unite us at this school. It is one of the indispensable reasons this country
of immigrants has always come to be
one country. And if you leave this school without excellent English-language
skills, I will have been remiss in my duty to ensure that you are prepared
to compete successfully in the Canadian job market. We will learn other
languages here -- it is deplorable that most Canadians only speak English .
But if you want classes taught in your native language rather than in
English, this is not your school.
\
Third, because I regard learning as a sacred endeavor, everything in this
school will reflect learning's elevated status. This means, among other
things, that you and your teachers will dress accordingly. Many people in
our society dress more formally for a meal at a nice restaurant than they do
for church or school. Those people have their priorities backwards.
Therefore, there will be a formal dress code at this school.

Fourth, no obscene language will be tolerated anywhere on this school's
property -- whether in class, in the hallways or at athletic events. If you
can't speak without using the "F-word," you can't speak.. By obscene
language I mean the words banned by the Federal Communications Commission
plus epithets such as the "N-word," even when used by one black student to
address another, or "bitch," even when addressed by a girl to a girlfriend.
It is my intent that by the time you leave this school, you will be among
the few of your age to distinguish instinctively between the elevated and
the degraded, the holy and the obscene.

Fifth, we will end all self-esteem programs. In this school, self-esteem
will be attained in only one way -- the way people attained it by earning
it. One immediate consequence of this is that there will be only one class
valedictorian, not eight.

Sixth, and last, I am reorienting the school toward academics and away from
politics and propaganda. No more time will be devoted to scaring you about
smoking and caffeine, or terrifying you about sexual harassment or global
warming. No more semesters will be devoted to condom-wearing and teaching
you to regard sexual relations as only or primarily a health issue. There
will be no more attempts to convince you that you are a victim because you
are not white, or not male, or not heterosexual, or not Christian. We will
have failed, if any one of you graduates from this school and does not
consider himself or herself inordinately lucky -- to be alive and to be an
Canadian.

Now, please stand and join me in singing, OH CANADA to the only flag in
Canada. As many of you do not know the words, your teachers will hand them
out to you."
