*From Political Prisoner, Ernst Zundel -- Not One Day Remission of His Sentence* * I received your letter Oct 22, 2009. Greetings from Mannheim Prison: 4 months to go; if they keep to their laws, bizarre as they are! * *On Sept 15, 2009, the high court at Karlsruhe ruled one more time against me because they turned down my request for conditional relief to which by tradition, I was long ago entitled.* *The tenet of these rulings are amazing in their content and illogical as well as haughty,not to say arrogant!* *I have seen no such wording in Canadian or American legal decisions EVER!!! * *Naturally, I asked my attorneys to appeal! We filed that with Germany's Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe on Oct 23, 2009, a 30-page legal brief and appeal in which we document all the constitutional violations in my case.* *Jurgen Rieger - my attorney of 30 years suffered a stroke on the day after and died last Wed of a massive stroke. He was 63 years old! Since he has all my files, documents and related things, this is one massive headache for me!* *I have no idea how this will play out. Thanks for keeping in touch with me. * ** *[Ernst Zundel was a Toronto-based revisionist publisher and landed immigrant in Canada. In 2000, he moved to East Tennessee to be with his new wife Ingrid Rimland. In 2003, apparently on orders of dual (Israeli) citizen Michael Chertoff then of the Justice Department, later head of Homeland Security, Mr. Zundel was arrested and deported to Canada on trumped up immigration violations.* ** *Once in Canada, Zundel was held in solitary confinement for 25 months. The Canadian Government was under intense pressure from Jewish lobby groups to deport Mr. Zundel to Germany which had an outstanding arrest warrant stemming from Mr. Zundel's publishing of his historical skeptical views about WW II. The ten clownish Immigratiion Minister of the day Denis Coderre, urged people to "watch me," when asked what he would do about Mr. Zundel.* ** *Mr. Zundel was then subjected to a nearly 2-year process called a "national security" certificate -- a process that the Supreme Court has since declared violates Canada's Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Mr. Zundel was declared to be a "terrorist" and, therefore, threat to national security, even though the Crown admitted he had never committed any acts of violence or funded or instigated such. The defence led evidence that Mr. Zundel had expelled people from Zundelhaus, his home and headquarters for merely using his computers to write violent lyrics for skinhead songs. He is a lifelong pacifist. Most of the evidence against Mr. Zundel was heard in secret. Most of it came from the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service, whom, just coincidentally, the judge, one Pierre Blais, has once supervised when he was A Solicitor General for a time during the Mulroney Government. Of course, this placed him in an untenable conflict of interest suggesting more than a "reasonable apprehension of bias." Two different defence lawyers on three separate motions demanded that Blais recuse himself. He wouldn't. He'd been sent in to do a hatchet job and did. On March 3, 2005, Mr. Zundel was hustled out of Canada and deported to Germany, where he was later sentenced to the maximum five year term for the ludicrous charge of "defaming the memory of the dead" -- a police state German law limiting dissent from the Hollywood version of WW II.* ** *Ernst Zundel is a dedicated freedom fighter, one of "the men (and women) behind the wire.]*

 

AVOID RISKY VACCINATIONS -- SIMPLE FLU PREVENTION

*Avoid Risky Vaccinations -- Simple Flu Prevention* *The only portals of entry are the nostrils and mouth/throat. In a global epidemic of this nature, it's almost impossible to avoid coming into contact with H1N1 in spite of all precautions. Contact with H1N1 is not so much of a problem as proliferation is.* *While you are still healthy and not showing any symptoms of H1N1 infection, in order to prevent proliferation, aggravation of symptoms and development of secondary infections, some very simple steps, not fully highlighted in most official communications, can be practiced (instead of focusing on how to stock N95 or Tamiflu):* *1. Frequent hand-washing (well highlighted in all official communications).* *2. "Hands-off-the-face" approach. Resist all temptations to touch any part of face (rub eyes, lick finger to turn page, etc) - unless you are eating or batheing.* *3. *Gargle twice a day with warm salt water (use Listerine or Hydrogen Peroxide if you don't trust salt). *H1N1 takes 2-3 days after initial infection in the throat/ nasal cavity to proliferate and show characteristic symptoms. Simple gargling prevents proliferation. In a way, gargling with salt water has the same effect on a healthy individual that Tamiflu has on an infected one. Don't underestimate this simple, inexpensive and powerful preventative method.* *4. Similar to 3 above, *clean your nostrils at least once every day with warm salt water, or hydrogen peroxide. Blowing the nose softly once a day and swabbing both nostrils with cotton buds dipped in warm salt water is very effective in bringing down viral loads.* *5. *Boost your natural immunity with foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amla -- Indian gooseberry - and other citrus fruits). *If you have to supplement with Vitamin C tablets, make sure that it also has Zinc to boost absorption. * *6. *Drink as much of warm liquids (tea, coffee, etc) as you can. *Drinking warm liquids has the same effect as gargling, but in the reverse direction. They wash off proliferating viruses from the throat into the stomach where they cannot survive, proliferate or do any harm. 7. Clean frequently touched surfaces frequently (steering wheel, keyboard, phone)* *Pass this on to your entire e-list. You never know who might pay attention to it -*

 

BIG MOSQUE ON THE PRAIRIE

*Big Mosque On The Prairie* On July 5, 2008, Calgary's *Baitun Nur *mosque was opened to great fanfare with "an estimated crowd of 5,000 people that included religious leaders, Canada's two top politicians and throngs of faithful. A steady stream of worshippers walked underneath the mosque's shining steel dome and minaret tower and flowed to large white tents to witness the unveiling. The mosque, *Canada's largest* at 48,000 square feet, is the spiritual home of Calgary's *Ahmadiyya* Muslim community, which numbers between 2,000-3,000. ... Prime Minister *Stephen Harper* told the crowd the Ahmadiyya Muslim community knows the importance of tolerance and peace because it has been the target of persecution since its founding in the late 19th century. [Then-]opposition leader *Stephane Dion* said the success of the Ahmadi community in Canada, as evidenced by the sacrifices made to build the Calgary mosque, is at the essence of what makes the country great. ... The community's financial sacrifices have been remarkable. Homes have been remortgaged or sold, women have contributed treasured jewellery and children have broken into their piggy banks to help pay the bills." (*Calgary Herald *, July 6, 2008) All that bonhomie had evaporated before the year was out -- a builders' lien was placed on the property and one of Canada's largest contractors was "suing the country's largest mosque, seeking almost $4 million in bills it claims were never paid related to the mosque’s construction. ... *EllisDon Construction Services *filed the statement of claim this month in a bid to recover $3.9 million the company claims it is owed, and another $1 million in 'damages for interference with contractual and economic relations.' ... *Naseer Ahmad*, an agent of Ahmadiyya, is named as a defendant. The lawsuit claims he interfered with *EllisDon’s* contractual and economic interests with an intent to damage its reputation." (*Calgary Herald*, December 19, 2008) Mr. Ahmad -- a recent winner of *Canadian Immigrant Magazine's* *Top 25*contest -- was the moving force behind the *Baitul Islam Mosque* in Vaughan, Ontario. Completed in 1982 and Canada's largest mosque in its day, Mr. Ahmad went on to build *Peace Village*, a strictly Islamic subdivision surrounding the mosque in which the mosque is central to and visible from every house. "'Their (Muslim) values are preserved, their language is preserved and at the same time they're enjoying the benefits of the modern western lifestyles,' he said. ... 'I used to tell people this village will be the end of migration,' he said. 'You start the point of immigration at a different country. You bring your values and this is where you *park* and let it go.'"
